YouTube was doing well on its own with millions of video views per day before Google purchased YouTube. YouTube was running successful for about 20 months. YouTube holds millions of short video clips on their website, produced by both amateurs and professionals. How can the YouTube traffic translate into your web site's traffic and actually help in promotion or sales?

Amateur publishers upload their videos for fun, fame or notoriety, while professional publishers use these videos to drive traffic to their web sites, sell services, advertise products, attract new customers and make sales. When you browse videos of amateurs and professional publishers on YouTube, you are actually viewing along with 10 million users. Many web marketers are taking advantage of the high YouTube traffic for the sake of their own marketing goals and objectives. How do they do this?

Since YouTube is a video hosting website that allows free uploads of short clips and videos, virtually anyone can publish their own videos. You can measure the number of times your video was viewed, how many click were generated that driven to your website and how many visitors get converted into readers or buyers. The YouTube traffic from your video leads the viewers to your web site and thus allowing them to check out your products or services.

It is important to understand the nature of the environment where your videos will be distributed. There are some optimization techniques that will make your video visible to tens of millions of people within YouTube. You can then use the visitors to drive to your website.

YouTube traffic, plus quality of your videos and one more important thing is title of your video, increases the chances of your clips and marketing videos to getting noted within the YouTube and being found easily through the search engines of other online communities as well. As YouTube is a community-oriented website, it allows viewers to vote, share, rate and distribute videos they like the most. Meaning, the larger your video's audience becomes, the more traffic your website receives.

If you want to learn how YouTube traffic can help your website increase popularity and make more visitors and clients, master optimization techniques and implement these methods into your marketing campaign, then you should check out various YouTube related Traffic sites online for.

If you have a business that you've built a Website for, or indeed a fully online business, then you shouldn't dismiss free listings in the major search engines as a source of traffic.

The Internet landscape is a constantly changing phenomenon and it can be very difficult to keep up-to-date with all of these changes. This is never truer than where the major search engines are concerned. Getting listed in Google, for example, was much easier two or three years ago than it is now. What with constantly changing search engine algorithms and the extra competition from more and more new Websites you can be forgiven for thinking that the work required to get a decent listing would be better spent elsewhere.

Of course, there are plenty of other things you can do to attract traffic to your Website, but most of them will be more costly than a free search engine listing so it's definitely still well worth the time and effort to submit your Website to the major search engines.

A word of warning. Beware the online services that offer to submit your Website to hundreds or even thousands of search engines and directories for a fee. There are lots of cases about false and expensive praises and assurance to be found here.

It is much better to hand submit your Website to the comparatively small number of search engines that really matter, or get a reputable SEO company to do it for you.

The submission software that runs from your own computer is really worth buying? Well, you'll find mixed feelings about these if you surf around a few of the major Internet marketing forums. Addweb is one of the best which is used by lots of people. This is a full-featured package that has many SEO tools as well as the submission engine. One very good feature of this package is that you can submit your Website(s) on a daily basis without fear of over-submission because the software has a built in knowledge base that contains the submission guidelines of the search engines and directories it submits to so it is programmed not to over-submit.

Before submitting your Website you should make sure that your pages are properly optimized with the right keywords and meta tags and that the right pages are on the site concerning the owner/organization behind the site i.e. the major search engines will expect there to be a contact page, an about page, a disclaimer page and privacy policy page for them to take the Website seriously. Your Website has to convey a professional impression of the person or organization behind it otherwise you run the risk of not being taken seriously - and that can result in you not being listed despite your best efforts.

Just because of the reason that you have informed the search engines of the existence of your Website or a blog and they have sent their indexing software to have a look at it does not mean that you will automatically be given a listing high enough in the results for your chosen keywords to get significant traffic. There's a little more to it than that. The main way that you'll impress upon the search engines that your site is important and that they should take it seriously and list it prominently in their results is by getting lots of links to it from other Websites - and the more important the Websites you can get links from, the better - but that's a whole other subject.

Keywords are the special words which have good advertising value and they are considered as weapon for blogging or website creation. When you use keywords in you posts or in contents then search engine can bring you more traffic related to those keywords. Generally keywords are decided as number of times people use the keywords in the search engines to search anything on the internet, more the search for keyword more it is valuable. There are some companies which are providing services to generate the keywords some of them are free and to get the full features out of them you could have to pay some membership amount.
The writers tend  to use SEO i.e Search Engine Optimization tools to find out those keywords which are heavily searched and writing their contents on their blogs accordingly. Some times you will find some posts and you are reading them for lot of time but the post has no sense at all , the reason could be SEO used by the writer. In the current trends of blogging the blog writers heavily work on SEO and SEO tools to enhance their blog but one thing can happen that you could make your reader unhappy by writing senseless contents and the reader will hesitate to visit your site next time and you could loose your visitor/reader. If it continues so it will affect you as reader decides your blogs fortune.
You should consider about writing your original contents and then at last you can think of adding some Key Words in your post where they can be inserted without changing the meaning of the sentences. It can be shown some how as following example.
